ClickFORMS Gets Computer-Aided Appraising Technology
Today, the computer-aided appraising technology developed by Bradford Technologies can only be found in CompCruncher. Due to customer demand, this technology is being ported to ClickFORMS. Once the integration has been completed, all ClickFORMS users will have access to this technology that can reduce the time to complete appraisals by 40% to 50%.
Bradford Technologies Maps Nearly 900 MLS Systems
What makes using CompCruncher so data rich? Besides the ability to load up to 500 sales from public records, it’s the appraiser’s ability to load 100’s of sales and listings from their local MLS. Many appraisers can load MLS data into their form-filler software, but only after they have created an export report and then manually mapped that data to fields that their form-filler recognizes. This is a tedious, error prone process and usually results in the appraiser reverting back to re-typing the few MLS sales and listings they need for their comparison grid. Bradford Technologies has undertaken the task of pre-mapping nearly 900 MLS systems so that when the appraiser exports the data, it is instantly recognized and imported for analysis. This allows users of CompCruncher and soon ClickFORMS to get robust market analyses and a completed 1004MC in seconds.
