2013
was one of the biggest roller coaster rides I have ever experienced
as a real estate appraiser and I am sure many of you were riding
along with me. I went from the most amazing end of 2012, still
at the top throughout the beginning of 2013, and then slowly riding
down in to spring. Summer came along and I thought sales and
refinances would help take me back up to the top but unfortunately I
hit the downward slide like most of the other appraisers across the
