FHA Appraiser Inspection Checklist, Checklist Instructions and eManual

AMCs Defined
 An AMC is a company that administers a network of State approved (Licensed / Certified) appraisers to fulfill real estate appraisal assignments on behalf of mortgage lending institutions, as well as other companies. The AMC recruits, qualifies, verifies licensing, and negotiates fees and service level expectations with a network of appraisers. It also provides other administrative duties like order entry and assignment, tracking, status updates, pre-delivery quality control, and hard copy report delivery.
