Growing Business with Existing Clients

Here’s a riddle: how do you grow your business without adding new clients? The answer is, you grow business by cultivating your existing client base. Here are a few simple ways to add to your bottom line without spending time and money chasing new clients.

The appraiser does not exist who fully maximizes the potential inherent in his/her client base. Your existing clients are typically your greatest asset! Many appraisers spend most of their marketing/advertising money, time and effort chasing the often-elusive new client, while essentially ignoring their faithful client base. This can be a waste of time and money. And sometimes, can even backfire: like when your new marketing effort, directed at strangers, finds its way into the hands of your faithful clients (sometimes with a little help from your competitors). Marketing tip: before launching any new marketing effort always consider: "What if my best client were to see this?"
